Introduction

At BHIOR Industries Europe, we are committed to providing our customers with professional, transparent, and high-quality service. This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the purchase of our products and services. We recommend that you read this document carefully before making any purchase..

Order Conditions

Distributors must strictly follow the process described below to place orders and ensure proper handling :

  • Order Request: Orders must be submitted via email to admin@bhior.com. The email must include the reference numbers of the requested models, as well as their accessories, quantities, and any relevant comments or notes.
  • Order Acceptance: All orders will be validated and confirmed in writing by BHIOR. The order acceptance document will include order details, any additional conditions, and an estimated delivery time.
  • Purchase Order: The distributor must submit the signed and stamped purchase order to the following email address: admin@bhior.com in order for the order to be processed.

Note: BHIOR reserves the right to unilaterally modify the ordering procedures, with prior notice to the distributor.

Payment Terms

Payments will be made under the following terms and methods:

  • Machines and Equipment:​ Advance bank transfer or SEPA B2B direct debit with a 30-day term (5% surcharge).
  • Demo Machines:​ Advance bank transfer is required to cover transportation costs. If the machine is not returned within the agreed period, a SEPA B2B charge will be issued for the full value of the machine.
  • Spare Parts: Advance bank transfer or SEPA B2B direct debit with 30 days end of month payment terms.

Transport Conditions

BHIOR establishes the following protocols to ensure proper transport management:

The carrier's insurance will under no circumstances cover transport damages that are not clearly noted on the delivery note signed by the distributor upon receipt of the machines at their facilities. If no remark is made, the distributor will not be entitled to any compensation for transport damages. Please take careful note of this policy and ensure that the appropriate procedures are implemented by your receiving team.

  • Upon receipt of the goods, the distributor must inspect the packaging and the products. In case of any damage, it must be clearly noted on the delivery note and sent along with photographs to admin@bhior.com within a maximum of 24 hours, in order to process the claim with the cargo insurance provider.
  • Please sign the transport document with a legible signature. The company stamp alone is not sufficient..
  • ¡IMPORTANT WARNING!: The carrier’s insurance will under no circumstances assume responsibility for transport damages that are not properly documented on the delivery note, which must be signed by the distributor at the time of receipt of the machines at their facilities. If no remark is made, the distributor will not be entitled to any compensation for transport damages from BHIOR. We strongly request that you take the necessary measures and implement the appropriate procedures with your goods receiving team. This procedure is non-negotiable and cannot be modified under any circumstances.
  • If you do not agree with the transport conditions, you may assign your own transport agency to collect the goods.
  • Material Reception:  Before signing the delivery note, carefully inspect the packaging. If any damage is detected, record the defects clearly on the delivery note.
  • Claims:Claims must be sent to admin@bhior.com within a maximum of 24 hours, including photos and a copy of the delivery note with the details of the damages.

Condiciones de envio directo a cliente final y condiciones de puesta en marcha

En los casos en que el distribuidor solicite a BHIOR INDUSTRIES EUROPE, S.L.U. el envío directo de la máquina al cliente final, el desembalaje, ensamblaje de accesorios y puesta en marcha de esta deberá ser realizada exclusivamente por un técnico que haya recibido formación técnica oficial por parte de BHIOR. Esta condición es indispensable para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento del equipo y la validez de la garantía. Al igual que deben indicar en el albarán del transportista cualquier daño ocasionado durante el transporte y notificarlo con fotos de los daños por email en el plazo máximo de 24 horas. En caso contrario el seguro de la empresa de transporte no se hará cargo, y por tanto el distribuidor no recibirá ninguna compensación de daños de transporte.

El embalaje y las condiciones del transporte seguirán las estipulaciones generales establecidas por BHIOR INDUSTRIES EUROPE, S.L.U. En este sentido, cualquier reclamación relacionada con el transporte, recepción o estado de la máquina deberá ser tramitada directamente entre el cliente final y el distribuidor, siendo este último responsable de informar de manera clara y anticipada al cliente final sobre las condiciones de transporte, manipulación y recepción establecidas por BHIOR.

BHIOR INDUSTRIES EUROPE, S.L.U. no atenderá directamente reclamaciones del cliente final ni asumirá responsabilidades derivadas del transporte en estos casos, quedando toda la interlocución limitada a través del distribuidor.

Condiciones de Garantía Maquinas

The distributor shall handle all warranty claims arising from the sale of the machine and will benefit from a 1-year warranty on spare parts against manufacturing defects. Labor is not included.

If the distributor requests technical assistance for machine repair during the warranty period, either at their own facilities or at the customer’s site, the equipment must be delivered to the facilities of BHIOR INDUSTRIES EUROPE, S.L.U. for repair, if deemed necessary.

For any repairs requested during the warranty period, the buyer undertakes to deliver the machines—either personally or through a third party—to the premises of BHIOR INDUSTRIES EUROPE, S.L.U., so that the company's technicians can evaluate and, if necessary, repair the equipment. The buyer shall bear all costs related to the transportation of the machines to BHIOR’s facilities.

 nder no circumstances shall the seller be required to travel or assume transportation costs to perform repairs when the product is not located at the original delivery site as established by the seller.

 ** STEAM CLEANERS AND PRESSURE WASHERS: USE ONLY ORIGINAL ANTI-LIMESCALE PRODUCT

The use of products not approved by the manufacturer will automatically void the machine's warranty. For steam cleaners and hot water pressure washers, it is essential to use the original anti-limescale product..

The references for descaling agents for hot water pressure washers are: HC4 in a 1-litre format and HC41 in a 10-litre format for steam cleaners, the reference for the descaling agent is VA30104 in a 30 ml format.

For steam cleaners, it is essential to use a super concentrated biodegradable eco-friendly detergent recommended by the manufacturer, reference VA30103.

El distribuidor deberá atender las garantías derivadas de la venta de la máquina, gozando de 1 año de garantía en recambios contra defecto de fabricación. No incluye mano de obra.

En caso de solicitar el distribuidor una asistencia técnica de reparación de la maquinaria en el periodo de garantía en sus instalaciones o en las de su cliente, dicha maquinaria deberá ser depositada en las instalaciones de BHIOR INDUSTRIES EUROPE, S.L.U para su reparación si se precisa.

Para dichas reparaciones solicitadas durante el periodo de garantía el comprador se compromete a entregar, por sí mismo o a través de un tercero, las máquinas en la sede de la mercantil BHIOR INDUSTRIES EUROPE, S.L.U para que sus técnicos puedan evaluarla y en su caso repararla, debiendo por tanto asumir el comprador los gastos derivados de este desplazamiento.

En ningún caso la vendedora deberá trasladarse o asumir el desplazamiento para atender reparaciones cuando el producto no se encuentre en aquel lugar donde inicialmente fueron entregados por esta.

Condiciones de Garantía Recambios

  • Todos los recambios están cubiertos por una garantía de seis (6) meses desde la fecha de compra, bajo las condiciones establecidas por el fabricante.
  • La resolución de cualquier incidencia en garantía será determinada por el fabricante, previa supervisión técnica en sus instalaciones.
  • Quedan excluidos de la garantía los daños ocasionados por:
    • Uso inadecuado, negligente o distinto al previsto.
    • Instalación incorrecta o manipulación no autorizada.
    • Desgaste natural por uso habitual.
  • Para gestionar una reclamación en garantía, el cliente deberá notificar la incidencia por escrito a sat@bhior.com e incluir:
    • Número de factura o pedido.
    • Descripción detallada de la incidencia.
    • Fotografías y, en su caso, vídeo del defecto detectado.

Guarantee Process

To manage warranties, the distributor must:

  • Place an order for the necessary replacement to resolve the fault.
  • Complete the warranty claim form, which must include a detailed description of the problem and an explanatory video. See AnnexI
  • Send the defective replacement to BHIOR for analysis and review at the factory.

Resolution: The factory will issue a report with the resolution of the case within a maximum period of 60 days from the receipt of the defective replacement.

Returns

  • Maquinas:
    • Returns will be accepted for coding errors or damages documented on the delivery note within 48 hours.
    • Returns for other reasons will be subject to a 15% surcharge and will require prior authorisation.
  • Recambios:
    • Las devoluciones deberán solicitarse en un plazo máximo de 20 días naturales desde la fecha de recepción del material.
    • No se aceptarán devoluciones de material que haya sido utilizado, manipulado o que no se encuentre en su embalaje original y en perfecto estado.
    • En caso de devolución aceptada, se aplicará una penalización del 15 % sobre el importe de los recambios.
    • Para recambios electrónicos, la penalización será del 17 %, debido a su naturaleza y manipulación especial.
    • Los gastos de transporte derivados de la devolución correrán por cuenta del cliente, salvo que la devolución sea consecuencia de un error imputable a BHIOR INDUSTRIES EUROPE, S.L.U.

Customer Obligations

  • Mandatory Training: The client must ensure that their staff have received the appropriate training for the handling of the purchased products.
  • Responsible Use: The products must be used according to the technical specifications provided by BHIOR Industries Europe.

Privacy Policies

  • Data Protection: The personal and commercial information provided will be used exclusively to process orders and comply with the established terms. We will not share data with third parties without prior authorisation..

Applicable Legislation

  • This document is governed by the current laws in Spain. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to submit to the courts of Murcia..

Price Confidentiality Clause

  • The distributor agrees not to publish or publicly disseminate the prices of BHIOR products (on websites, social media, marketplaces, etc.) without express written permission. Failure to comply may result in the suspension of supply, the loss of preferential commercial terms, and/or the termination of the commercial relationship.
